Our firm is currently seeking to add a Paralegal to our team. In that role, empathy for our clients is extremely important, as is the ability to multitask, manage several cases, and communicate with clients. We serve a diverse population and interact with clients throughout the United States and the rest of the world. The applicant should be intelligent, hard-working, reliable, independent, enthusiastic, optimistic, and have a high attention to detail. The applicant will be required to work on a variety of matters that could include civil litigation, wills, contracts, and immigration. Training will be provided in any areas the applicant maybe unfamiliar with making this an ideal entry level position for someone interested in entering the legal field.
Qualifications: Applicant must have strong writing skills, very good attention to detail, the ability to demonstrate empathy with clients while also obtaining truthful responses to questions, good teamwork, the desire to grow the law firm through hard work, the ability to work independently, address case status inquiries, and work with attorneys for the growth of the law firm and the success of our clients. Oral and written fluency in Spanish is a plus but NOT required. 1-2 years of related work experience in the legal field is preferred. You must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree to be considered for this position.
